Front Office cum Patient Relationship Executives Wanted for rVita Chennai, Bangalore - Existing and Upcoming branches

Job Description

1) Welcome patients as they contact the Centre personally or by telephone and explain the services available.

2) Schedule appointments, direct walk-in patients and emergencies as per established policies and procedures.

3) Answer all incoming calls and route them to the appropriate staff.
4) Register all patients as per registration protocols and collect all documentation necessary.

5) Generate receipts for each patient and ensure that all services provided have been checked out properly.

6) Compute charges to be paid by the patient, collect payment and issue receipt to them when the full payment has been received.

8) Call and remind the patient of his/ her follow-up appointment.

9) Communicate the patients problem/ complaint, if any, to the Centre Manager.

Candidates with experience in call centres, front office, administration, guest relations may apply

Salary: 10000 -15000 based on experience + Incentives
